Agreement with each other to plan how we are going to take good care of all the Waters and the Earth connected to the Koksilah River

Cowichan Tribes and the Province of B.C. are taking steps to protect water supplies for people, fish and ecosystems in the Koksilah watershed. Together, we are developing a Water and Watershed Sustainability Plan, which will include recommended regulations for water use enabled by the Water Sustainability Act.

This will be the first plan of its kind in BC.
